"OOC" is a term my sisters and I use when something is
Out Of Control. Common times we use this phrase...While in line at Wal-Mart: "These lines are OOC today!" Describing the summer heat: "I'm sweating so bad! It's OOC!" "Twi-hards" (hahaha!). Or when we can't stop eating: "I'm OOC! I've eaten a bag of chocolate chips today!" You get the idea. I must admit, my picture taking is becoming a little OOC. I can't help it. A cute, sandy beach butt.

Michael Phelps...oh wait...excuse me...Grant Brewer.
The "rappin' Granny". Love how she's chillin' in the shade with her sweet lavender track suit reading a Harlequin Romance. I have no idea who she is, but I thought she was too cute!
Man, Raychel does NOT like to pose.

Kristin, Mitchell's lovely lady friend.
Mother dear, I love you so...

LOL
I'm glad you are OOC with the camera, Ali! You have captured some wonderful images. There is pure joy on the faces of those girls, and did a GREAT job with the rest of us. Thanks for the good work and for preserving these precious memories.
I love your OOC-ness :) Thanks for sharing your fun beach pictures! The girls are so adorable, I could just squeeze them! I think we need to convert Grant's "Foxy Lady" friend :) She is beautiful!! (So are mom and dad) ;)
Oh yeah...please tell me Dad wore his tennis shoes the entire time. It just wouldn't be in true Dad form if he didn't :) And I love the rappin' granny!
Keri, the "o's" are pronounced seperately. O.O.C. Amanda, dad actually removed his shoes and socks. I know, pick yourself up off the floor. :-)
Ali...u take such great pics. Love the moments that u get with ur girls. U need to train me...I'm afraid my photography skills aren't as good. Im probably lettin priceless moments pass me by. Loved them all!
You know what's best about these pictures (other than the adorable subjects)? That they so wonderfully capture happiness. Life isn't all about happiness and flowers, so it's so good to have pictures of times that were to look at when life's not so great, or when life has moved on. Pictures are so great at invoking the memories, feelings, and emotions that go with them.
