Birthday Beauties

My Birthday Beauties! I love my sweet babies!
After church, I sent Anna and Leah over to my mom's, so Raychel and I could decorate. Raychel was a big helper and she felt so important. Here she is sorting the plates, so the are rotated between Dora and Tinkerbell.

I love my husband! We bought this princess castle for the girls for Christmas. We ended up saving it for Anna and Leah's birthday since we bought the swing set instead. James was so intense putting this thing together. He approaches any project with the mind of an engineer. He was so cute placing the all of the accessories...setting up the tea table, placing the balcony just right, etc. He may want people to think he's "hard", but he sure has a soft spot for his girls!

Hard work definitely paid off! The girls LOVE this castle. Here Anna is saying, "Come in your highness!"

Leah opening her present from Grandma and Grandpa.

Anna was SO excited to open this box from May and find her very own necklace.May and Anna reading the book from Grandma and Grandpa. She is sporting her new bathing suit. She HAD to wear it immediately.

Cool red sports car from Nana and Papa. I love how Raychel's hair is blowing as she is pushing Anna along. Nana couldn't leave her Raychel out of the gift giving. She gave Raychel "Tink's Arrival Dress." Something she has wanted since she cut her hair like Tinkerbell.

Sweet Leah and her Tink-a-bell cake. I don't think I did half bad on the cakes...if I say so myself! Rosetta costume from Nana and Papa. Leah and Raychel love their dress up clothes. Anna hates them. "Too itchy." Happy Birthday Leah! Leah is technically the middle child. The first born of the twins. Look how happy that face is! Three things I love about my LeeLee:
1. She is very sensitive and kind. She is always worried when people are crying. Even if it's some character on a TV show.

2. Leah will always cuddle with me.

3. She is a very neat eater. She can hold a spoon and fork like a big girl. She is very delicate and precise when feeding herself.
Frosting is the best part of the cake!

Anna and her "Pin-cess Dora take."

Happy Birthday Anna! Three things I love about my Anna:

1. She is a funny girl. Whether she is shakin' her booty or giving me loves, she always brings a smile to my face.

2. She gives the tightest squeezes and the most sincere kisses.

3. She has a strong, fighting spirit. (I just have to channel that energy in the right direction.)
Who needs a plate and fork?

Today was extra special. Not only was it Mother's Day, but it was also Anna and Leah's third birthday! I love my two special girls. They have grown so much this year. It's amazing to look at them and realize they are little girls now...no longer babies. I'm loving each of these new adventures in their lives. I'm so glad they're mine!

Happy Birthday girlies! Looks like you had a really fun party. I still can't believe how much they look like their aunt May. Especially Anna. They are Brewers all the way.

Happy birthday! They made out like bandits! Seriously, that Cozy Coupe car is the BEST invention. I've never met a kid that didn't love that thing.

I absolutely ADORE my girls!!! I'm so thankful that I can be in their lives. A few little sidenotes about the pictures you forgot to mention:
-Anna in the car with Raychel pushing her was FREAKING out. She was digging her legs into the street so she wouldn't move. She came in and the toes to the middle part of her crocs are BLACK and all torn up from the street...she's very determined.
-Anna just decided to take a bite of her cake like that...I was standing by her making sure she didn't fall off the table, and she just leaned down and took like, 5 bites of frosting. She didn't want to wait :)
-And Leah was SO SO excited about her book! She's like me in the way that she'll always read books with me :)

I love my babies! I'm so glad that they came to you!

Okay...the more that I look at these pictures the more I'm seeing the resemblance between me and Anna. In our looks AND personality. Is the world ready for 2!?

Darcy, I totally agree! They have loved that car. Amy, the answer is, no. The world is not ready for two of you. I just want to know how I was the one to get your offspring. HA HA! Kidding! Tammy, cake decorating will not become my new passion. :-)

What a great day! I can't believe those girls are three. Seems like yesterday they were born and in the hospital. You are such a great mom and are the best. You are a great example to me as a mother. Love ya!
