Raychel thought we needed to "Go on a Labor Day hike for some family fun." That's a direct quote.
Love a man who will wear a peace sign backpack and carry our water for us!
Same picture...4 year difference
Anna was the first to "fall" in the water.
Dad "accidentally" nudged Leah...
Then everyone was cooling off.
Home means Nevada! Only beautiful to a native desert rat, like myself.
Then we finished off the day with some corn on the cob. GG would be proud! I tried a new cooking method for the corn, and it was fantastic! All you do is put the corn in a 350 degree over (husk and all). Bake for 25 minutes. The husk and silk come right off. Best thing ever!

So cute that your girls like to hike! And I can't wait to try your method of cooking corn on the cob! I usually don't buy it because I hate trying to get all those silk strands off!

I can't believe I haven't looked at your blog for so long! You are awesome at keeping up with it....
Your girls are getting so grown up. I can't believe it. Raychel just looks so OLD... a young lady. Can you believe she is almost 8???
Thanks for all your greats posts and thoughts. Say hi to James and give Jade a scratch behind the ears for me.
What a good mom for planning a hike! I need to be better about that. I'm impressed you let the girls get their shoes wet!
