Well, it's been seven years since Raychel Roo graced the world with her presence. She's been nothing but a blessing and a joy to us. It's always so much fun to celebrate her life! There is so much to be thankful for!

Raychel wanted to have a sleepover with her BFF, go to build-a-bear and jump on the "boingy" trampoline at the mall. What the birthday girl wants, the birthday girl gets!

This is how Raychel spent her time...flipping over and over and over.

This is how Brookie spent her time..."Yeah, this is super fun! Please. Help. Me."

The girls picked coordinating "BFF" animals.

I love this picture! They were holding their animal's hearts making a wish before they put them in to be sewn up.

Getting dressed in matching outfits.

Lunch at Red Robin

Getting sung to by the Red Robin crew. Raychel looks like "I can't believe you fools!"

Sharing a birthday sundae

Gift highlight: pogo stick. I love her face here...she almost ate it.

Grant was such a patient teacher.

Birthday cake with trick candles by May. It was a pink and purple zebra cake.

Here she has figured out it was a trick.

For Raychel's birthday, I re-did her room to resemble an "older girl". I wanted to make it more to her liking. She's all about peace signs now, so that was the theme I went with. I am SOOOOO bitter because I somehow managed to delete the "reveal" pictures of her cute, surprised face. Grrrrr...I hate when I do stupid stuff like that! Anyway, she loves it. She actually gave me a hug and said, "I love it mom! Thank you!" That is a huge showing of emotion for Raychel!

Yvonne built this shelf for me. I love it! The little bunnies were a gift from my dad, given to my mom on their second anniversary (right before I was born). They are some of my mom's most treasured memories, huh mom? hahahaha! Inside joke. The doll in the corner was the doll I always played with when I would visit my Grandma's house...she made it.
I think it was a fantastic day for Raychel. I'm so glad she came to our family! I couldn't ask for a sweeter, kinder, more loving girl than Roo!

What an awesome day she had! Happy Birthday Raychel:)
So years ago I was in your second grade class and I sat with you at church, I'm not sure if you remember me. I got an email out of the blue from Katie K. (now U.) telling me about your little girls and blog (I had triplets at 27 weeks, they spent 81-86 days in the NICU). I would love to talk to you again. Katie has my email address.
Thanks!
