Who wants a cavity? I DO!!

Cold. Sticky. Sweet.

Peanuts at a baseball game=a necessity

Quick catnap. Doesn't she look so cozy and snug bundled up with Dad?
THIS was this highlight of my whole weekend! I love Raychel's sweet little face. Missing teeth, arms folded, eyes lit with excitement. She loved the fireworks at the end of the game. It was an amazing display, AND they were set to the music of her favorite artist, Michael Jackson. She kept saying, "This is awesome!" Then she'd giggle. I get all choked up just thinking about it. Can I freeze time right now? I love this stage of wonder and excitement. Being their mother enriches my life in ways I could have never imagined. Simply, the best!
Next, let's capture what was happening on my lap. Two 5 year olds screaming bloody murder. Tears and cotton candy snot running down their cold little faces. "It's too loud!" "Make it stop!" "I wanna go to the hotel!" "I hate these, Mom!" Precious...again, that memory puts a little lump in my throat. (wiping tear) hahaha!!
We wanted to take the girls to the Visitors Center at the Oakland Temple. As we're driving on the freeway, I see this sign, and about 469 vendors with tables of random crap. I'm like, "That looks awe-some!" Well, it was my lucky day. My dad took a wrong exit (plus he and Amy wanted to check it out), and look where it lead us. It was a sign. We HAD to check out the flea market.
Jeans for $9
Holy Bratz Dolls, Batman.
My little girl's first purchase! A load of tacky, sparkly hair bows. I love how Leah is poking that doll's eyes. HAHA!
Plethora of Wallets...only $5, people!
Praise to the all-mighty-king-baby-mullet. Show some respect!
Live entertainment. Did I mention we were the only white people in this venue? Not that there's anything wrong with that! It's just that we're all SO white. Plus it doesn't help that this white chick is walking around taking pictures of crap like Bratz dolls and king baby mullets. I loved it! I want to go back!
Now we made it to our original destination.
I love this picture! Notice how far away Leah is, and how she's giving herself a little scratch.
Anna gives her sister a stern, authoritative "LEAH!" and motions for her to come and sit closer. Love my bossy, take control girl! The Visitor's Center is great. Anyone can go, there's beautiful artwork, an amazing view of the city, and short videos that talk about our beliefs.

You all look GREAT! Love the pictures from the game and the flea market. So funny! ....and a little scary. I mean, where did all that stuff come from? Looted from somewhere probably. I love the huge difference in reactions to the fireworks. Just can't please everyone, huh? Love your hair, and your moms too. She looks great as a blonde. Miss you guys! Happy summer....
How fun! I'm so sad I wasn't able to do any of those things with everyone. One of these days, we'll all have to go. Miss you!
Adorable pictures by the way. Love, love, love those girls!
Ali I LOVE your hair...it looks great! Can you once again share with me what kind of camera you have?
