(Insert dramatic eye roll after reading the title.)
As I admitted last year, I'm not really a huge fan of Halloween. It's all just so...umm...lame. However, my girls think it's the best holiday ever. And when they are this cute and this excited, it's hard not to like it too...just a teeny tiny bit.
Raychel wanted to be Belle. Then she "quit" Belle about a week ago, and decided on a scary black cat. This is her crazy cat look. I can't believe she let me do that to her hair. Those of you that know Raych, know she's very particular about how her hair looks (a chip off the ol' block...I'm so proud!). She let me go wild and ended up loving it!
The darling little "Cheerliner". Yvonne let me borrow this dress. Anna totally reminds me of a cheerleader from the 1940's or something. Remember when the uniforms actually covered their bodies? Maybe we should bring that style back! Anna was hard at work practicing her cheers. The favorite, "Here we go Carter, here we go!"
LeeLee the ladybug. She never changed her mind on the costume. Aren't those shoes darling? She's obsessed with them!
Ok, Are you cracking up looking at Anna's face? That girl is hilarious!

Anna and her favorite quarterback, Carter. He was so dang cute tonight. All decked out in his pads and "official" uniform. He was busy showing me his "tackle" tonight, and let me tell ya...I believe this boy could take down a high schooler. He's got some skills! Yvonne tells me he carries around a notepad with all the "plays" written on it. HAHA! I love that kind of passion!
Carter is all, "Seriously, I have to put my arm around her?! I've gotta go do my high knees."
The two cutest, scary black cats in town!

Leah dancing around without a care in the world.
Well, tonight was the big trunk-or-treat party. What is it about Halloween that makes kids SO nuts? They love it! They made a killing in the candy department. I have already scavenged the bags for all the Butterfingers. Only two Butterfingers in all that candy! Doesn't anyone else like those besides me?

Ali, You kill me with your humor! I love it! T-dawg scavenges for butter fingers too. You're not alone.
LOVE the ladybug costume...super cute! They sure do trick or treat early in Nevada!! :)
That has to be the cutest group of little trick-or-treaters I've seen! What cute girls you have! Love all their costumes (and not a princess among them!). How did you manage that?
Yes, I was cracking up about Anna's face in the one picture. She looks like a character.
So what about costumes for you and James?
I already hijacked the butterfingers out of my kids bags too! I was so bummed there weren't more I think I might have to go buy a bag of them for myself just to make up for it.
ok...they are SO FREAKIN CUTE! Wish they could come trick or treating here! I would have a bag full of butterfingers just for you! Love you!
