Not So Sure...

It started out with smiles and laughter. Anna and Leah could not get enough of watching themselves in the floor to ceiling mirrors. Dance class was going to be great!

Ballet. A little boring, but bearable.

Tap class. Starting to melt down. Anna and Leah could not handle the concept of following directions, and listening to instructions from a teacher. They felt like dance class should be a free-for-all. When they were done, they were done.

So here we are in the van, waiting for dad to show up. Why so bitter? Because they wanted to jump on the trampoline. I said, "no", and that's when their world shattered. Anna started bellowing first. Her screams were echoing in the gym. 23 parents were all staring. I feel my face beating red with fire. My back is dripping beads of sweat. I can't calm either of them. So there's no other choice but to just leave the premises.

Snot and tears flow freely.

Meanwhile Raychel is having a BLAST in her acrobatics class. I love, love, love this laughing face. I wish it was a better picture. Maybe one of these days I will invest in a newer, faster camera...
We'll see how next week goes.

my Jessica had the exact same reaction as the girls-if I wanted to take direction I would have stayed home with my mom! I want to dance and all this instruction is getting in the way...needless to say we didn't last long in our ballet career-but gymnastics! they all loved gymnastics and Positive Energy is a hoot
