Every Mile a Memory
The night we got engaged. February 13, 2001. I'm placing my hand in that cheesy pose on purpose, so you can see my rock. HA HA! I love how James looks so happy!
I scanned all of these pictures from my "scrapbook." What did we ever do before digital photos?! Don't be too harsh on my futile attempts at scrap booking, Heather! :-)
This was the day I got my Endowment in Reno. James is, of course, torturing me by "tickling" my side. Yes, it still annoys me, and I probably still make that ugly face when I say, "Don't do that!" And James gets just as much pleasure from bugging me. :-)
A hug from my dad the day of my wedding. This is one of my favorite pictures of us. You never outgrow the need of a good squeeze from your dad!
Eight years ago, I was taller than Grant AND Cole. Now Cole is graduating from high school, and Grant towers over me at 6'3". I'm sure Cole is right in that same height stature.
Aren't we still just as cute as ever?! HA HA!
So eight years has come and gone. I must say, it just gets better and better. Our proudest achievement: our three little darlings. Where would we be without them and each other. I can't wait to see what the next 8 years brings!

Alison, you are too funny if only you could see my scrapbooks from 8 years ago....you would really laugh. You guys still look as great as they day you were married!!! (Even better!) Congrats on your anniversary....and here's to forever. :)
Alison, you look amazing! I continue to love the blonde hair. I can't believe 8 years have come and gone. I remember the day you were married. You guys are great and you do have beautiful girls. You have an amazing family.
I can't believe how fast the time has gone! I remember I was kinda bitter on your wedding day cause James was taking away my best friend. I can't imagine losing you to anyone else :) I love you! Happy 8 Years!!
Happy Anniversary! I love your trips down memory lane. Old pictures are the best. Made me want to cry when I saw the one of your dad hugging you on the big day. So sweet... and now we can relate more to that since we have little girls of our own.
I just have to comment on how perfect your music is for every post!!
