Land That I Love!

I wanted to get the American flag in this picture too, but I failed.
Anna and Leah got stickers that said "Future Voter." People were looking at me like I was an idiot all taking pictures, but I don't care. I was excited to let my girls experience voting for the first time.

I love Election Day. Being an American is such a tremendous blessing as well as the opportunity to vote. I took Anna and Leah to vote while Raychel was at school today. I'm thankful to my parents for instilling in me the passion to vote and be involved. I hope that is something I can pass down to my girls.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

My mom has bought me one of these Mary Englebright desk calendars every Christmas since I was a junior in high school. I love them. This was the message today: "Of all the rights of women, the greatest is to be a mother." That says it all!

I took the boys to vote today too! They loved it. Jake was all excited and kept telling me about it through the day. It is such a blessing to have our voice heard.

Well you know what I think that is cute and people can just deal with it because they are the future voters of america yeah they may seem young but they are the future generation they deserve to know how important it is the younger we start hopefully the more they will understand. I think that is way cute way to go Ali!

Was the line long at all for voting? Here some people stood in line for 2-3 hours to vote, the pain about being in a big city.
Your kids look so cute in their Halloween costumes.

I loved this post! Celine Dion is the best, isn't she? Lauren got to go with me too, but she just got a sticker that said, "I VOTED."

You look great, and I love your hair!

I LOVE MY FRIENDS! Yes, Cecilee, I'm growing it out. You see...it can be done. And Kristi, the lines were not bad at all. Good Ol' Carson. And Lindsay, I remember being clapped for too. The twins loved all the attention. :-)

I took my kids too but I went last week! Gotta love early voting! I love that message. Lots of people don't see motherhood has the greatest right of women but aren't we blessed to know it is!
