Art

This morning as I was getting ready, Raychel came into the bathroom to chat with me. She was going through her artwork from the previous day at school. I loved listening to her descriptions.

"This is my happy face."This picture was quite detailed. It was a narrative of the "Itsy Bitsy Spider." I was very impressed by her attention to detail.

"This is my toilet with poop in it." Priceless. She even had one of her teachers write that on the paper.

I was reminded of a Family Home Evening I did about a year ago. It was on the Sacrament. We all sat at the table and watched nervously as Raychel DUG her red marker into Jesus's eyes. Yikes. My mom said, "I hope she doesn't color like that when she goes to school." Don't worry, mom, she just draws pictures of poop in the toilet. :-)

That is hilarious!! Abigail once drew me with about 12 arms. She said I needed that many arms because I was angry. Haven't quite figured that one out yet. :)

I am so laughing! What made her think of that? I can't believe how big she is getting. She needs to color me a picture so I can proudly display her poop :)

This blog has made my Friday! It makes me wonder what Raychel will be when she grows up. It's going to be something really good because she takes her time and has such detail. I love that girl!!!
